Security
Data exchanges between your web browser and our servers are protected with up to 256-bit encryption (TLS/SSL) to prevent eavesdropping and tampering. Trisura's® digital authentication certificate is provided by Entrust®. Trisura does not store your credit card number in any way.
Full Price
The full price is detailed in the quote that you have been provided. No charges in addition to those specified in the quote will apply.
Payment
Depending on the bond or policy, we may offer you the ability to pay by credit card (American Express®, MasterCard® or Visa®), INTERAC® card, certified cheque or money order, or broker invoice. We do not charge extra fees or provide discounts based on your choice of payment method. Additional fees in the form of interest may be applied for broker invoices that remain unpaid for more than 60 days. All payments must be made in Canadian Dollars.
Delivery
You will be provided with all documents comprising your bond or policy after your payment has cleared and any third party approvals have been received by us. If you choose to pay by certified cheque or money order, your documents will not be available until we have received payment. All documents, including a receipt, will be provided to you in digital format only. All documents will be sent to the email address you provided when you signed up for your account and will be available on your Default page for reading, downloading and emailing. Trisura does not charge any additional fees for delivery.
Return, Exchange and Cancellation
Once purchased and approved, bonds and policies cannot be returned or exchanged. Certain bonds or policies may be cancelled between the in force and expiry dates and the unused portion of the term may be refunded to you.
